We would like a report that can be run that shows the user and the insurance provider/policy they have purchased? Under Insurance tab for each user, we setup that we can select an insurance policy (we customized 3 types; the school district, they bought their own or none). I would like to get an excel file so I can sort and see how many purchased each type of policy)
