Would it be possible to be able to create "Rooms", "Carts", "Labs", etc. as a way to check-out devices?
Reasoning: All of our elementary laptops are either on carts, in rooms, or in labs. They are shared by all students so they are not assigned to any specific student. We would like the ability to have more details other than "Building" for these types of devices.

This is actually already possible within Manage1to1. We do not restrict Staff members towards your licensing counts. We would recommend creating a new staff member called "Room 1", "Cart 1", "Lab C", etc. and assigning the devices that way. This should then accomplish what you are looking to do!
