I am not sure why this is called 'Missing Devices'. This is not really what it does. This is a 'Checked Out' export. This is a WONDERFUL report and one that I could use a lot. It also shows something that is missing on other reports (localid - more on that at the end)

What I would like to see:

  • Grade levels can be in different buildings.
    East (my building) has 5th and 6th and West has 5th and 6th too.
     Same with North and South buildings. They have 7th and 8th grades.

Please, Either:

  • Please include the building into the export
  • or Allow the report to be ran by building

Note that this export is basically depreciated. It should be removed. It has been superseded by 'Checked out Devices' report. The 'Checked out Devices' report does EVERYTHING that this export wants to to. Although the 'Checked out Devices' report is missing the localid. I have added separate feature request for this.

Missing Devices is the title of this report because it was intended for use to see who still has devices checked out to them on a per-grade level.

There is currently a report called Checked Out Devices, which will let you filter things down exactly to what you ware looking for including the Local ID. We would recommend using this one.
