It would be nice to have a button that we can click to complete an incident. It can either just mark it as completed so we don't have to click on the incident, then edit the incident to change the status to complete. Even better would be when we click the complete button it gives a pop up to add repair notes or make edits so stays on the user or device screen. Completed is the big one i would like to have, but a button change the status in general would also be very helpful to not have to navigate back to the device or user the incident is for.

I'm pleased to announce the Complete Incident button has been deployed! You will see this was implemented based on your suggestion of a pop-up with repair notes being able to be made.
Additional enhancements regarding status are being considered as well.
