Feature Request Sort by Org Or User

Hello,
It would be nice to have an option to see only the feature request made by an organization or user. Example is if i ask my co-workers to vote for my feature request i would have to send them the title of them to find. Or if they could sort by org they could see all submitted by our people.

Plus it would also be nice to see only the features i submitted to see the status or add updates instead of scrolling through the list and hope i remember what i named it.
