Include Images on Invoice PDF

Be able to include incident images on the invoice PDF attached to the "New Invoice Created" template emails. This would make it easy for parent's to see the damage and why the fine is being assigned to their child.
I believe photos are an option on the "PDF Work Order", but they should also be included on the invoices.
