More Information in incidents

I know I have a request in to add the ability to click on the device from an incident to open the device page. But it would also be great to have more information about the user as well. If we could have the users Grade and Building added as well. When we process repairs for Apple Care we add them to our Google Sheet that keeps track of students who need devices. It splits the students up onto tabs by grade. So when we have hundreds of devices for Apple Care it takes awhile to add those students to the sheet so we make sure they have devices.
Or instead of just adding this information, having the ability to just customize what information is displayed in incidents would be amazing too. That way we have full control over what Information, Fields, and more are part of the incidents to better match our org.
