Filter by Assigned Technician

There is currently no easy way technicians can see a list of tickets assigned to them. There is no way to filter by assigned tech. With a couple hundred work orders, it will be extremely difficult to know how to prioritize if you can't pull up a list of your own tickets.

Currently, we can only filter tickets by user, status, building, subject, and content.

Forgot to mention... Currently we can't sort by Technician in the ticket list either.

Checking back in on this. Our technicians aren't able to report on, export, or filter/sort by their own tickets.

Hello!

This is now possible with the dashboard widgets enhancement that shows the "Assigned to You". Clicking on that link/count will filter the tickets list assigned to the technician.
