Report for Devices Checked out to Staff by device type

Staff members have different models of laptops checked out to them. I need a way to print out a report of checked out devices by Device Type, not just by model. Staff have other devices checked out to them besides laptops, so I would like to have just one report to print out of all the laptops, device-specific.
