Ability for technicians to copy knowledge base article URLS to send to users

The preview and edit buttons give different URLS to techs. If there was a way to copy user facing URLS so I can just email the user the link to the KB article. I think I used a ticketing system that allowed that directly in the user's ticket, When closing it had an option to link KB articles.
