Would it be possible to have a way to create Incidents directly from the Support Ticket Profile? My understanding of the workflow/process is as follows:
1) User submits Support Ticket
2) Technician must then create an Incident from the Support Ticket.
It would be great to be able to create an Incident directly from the Support Ticket Profile and have it pull all of the information in from the Support Ticket instead of having to open a separate tab/work in multiple windows to re-enter all of the information from the Support Ticket
