Customize Incidents

Hello,
It would be nice to have the ability to change what is required or not required before an incident can be submitted. Along with the ability to add items to incidents for our media staff to be able to enter in. Currently they can put any information into the provided boxes. But having a space for certain key information so its not jumbled in with the other would be better. So having the ability to customize incidents for our org or building would improve incidents for us.
