Device Resquest Workflow

Hello,
We use a Google Sheet that Media Staff and Tech staff can add names to if they need a device if they are new, returning, or other reasons. Once they put the name on the input that, it sorts it by grade to other tabs so we can prioritize grades at a time. It also allows me to put the status next to the user like received, in progress, or when i add the devices serial number to a certain col it changes the status to completed. It also alerts us when names are added.

If we could have something similar where they can submit a request for a user to have a device. A place to keep track of those request by Grade and the status of the request. This way we can eliminate one more google sheet to keep track of.
