In the Incident "Take a Photo" option from attached doc camera

When collecting several grade levels of devices and going through needed repairs, it is not efficient to have to upload photos from a file when having to download or email the photos to ourselves. Instead, we would appreciate inside the **Incident Information** tab, an option to "Take a photo" right there with an attached document camera which will allow things to move along more smoothly and quickly.
