Currently, when you view Incidents, it groups them by Current or Completed incidents. It would be helpful to be able to add another. An example of the reason this came to mind is when we are holding a device for some time. Then, when we change the Incident Status to "Holding", it will move it to that location and then also not increase our "Average Hours To Closure".
