New Email Templates
Completed v3.6.1
Could we have an email template created for when an invoice is canceled? This way the parents/guardians/students know the invoice was canceled.

This year we are collecting all devices in our district for new cases and devices. But as we collect them we bill the user if its not turned in on the collection day. And once they turn it in we clear the bill. But currently there is no email template for a canceled or cleared bill. So its hard to email the parent/guardian that the bill is cleared. Can we either have the option to add our own email template or have one added for this?
