Search Feature also searches Incidents

Hello,
The Search feature at the top of the screen would be greatly improved if it also searched the incidents as well.
For Example, When a device is replaced by AppleCare i always add the new devices serial number to the repair notes of the incident. I have ran into a few times where i needed to verify if that was a newer device from repair or not. But id have to go through the incidents one by one, or export the data and then search it.
