Searchable "tags" for rooms

Allow admins and users to add multiple searchable tags to rooms for quick categorization and filtering.
Use Case
Whenever a room is repurposed temporarily (e.g., set up as a temporary workshop area, quiet study space, project warp room, or overflow storage), staff can attach a quick tag so users can discover and search for it based on its current function without modifying the room’s core attributes.
