Technology Restriction Dates

It would be very helpful to have a dates added to the Technology Restriction on the users profile. This way we can see when the restriction was added, and when it was updated last. Currently it only tells us who added it or who updated it. This would also be great data to have when we export the list of students/staff with technology restrictions.
