So currently for Service accounts or Generic accounts we add them to the system as a Staff Member. If there was a way to add them in and mark them as a generic or service account to better find them would be great. The current way does work, but easier way to quickly find them. and when adding them in as a Staff user we have to then populate the Staff ID number as well, which of course service/generic accounts don't have one.

Hello, we are not clear on the use case for this particular item. Would these users or service accounts be checked out devices?

Yes for most of our service accounts they have devices checked out to them. Some examples are Office devices, media centers, or large areas not tied to one user. Mostly used for Signing in/out of that area.
