So currently for Service accounts or Generic accounts we add them to the system as a Staff Member. If there was a way to add them in and mark them as a generic or service account to better find them would be great. The current way does work, but easier way to quickly find them. and when adding them in as a Staff user we have to then populate the Staff ID number as well, which of course service/generic accounts don't have one.

Hello, we are not clear on the use case for this particular item. Would these users or service accounts be checked out devices?
